Before Your Wedding Day:

Walking through a 3 page Wedding Checklist, covering all wedding details and tasks that need to be completed

Provision of a 15 page Wedding Outline, diving further into details - ensuring everything is planned and covered

Provision of our Vendor Recommendation List for any vendors still needed – advice on prices, services, etc.

Venue Visit​​

We meet at your venue, and fill in a detailed schematic for wedding day vendor placement (6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day)​​

Timeline Meeting

Creation of a detailed (approximately) 4 page “day-of” wedding Timeline (done 3 to 4 weeks prior to your wedding) - sent to all vendors 2 weeks before your wedding day, including follow up and verifying details with all vendors​​​

Coordination of your wedding rehearsal

Limitless email and text correspondence leading up to your wedding day so all details are covered and all questions answered

Your Wedding Day:​

2 Coordinators for 8+ hours on your wedding day to provide coverage for all wedding details

Connecting with all vendors prior to your ceremony, ensuring proper placement and responsibilities are taken care of

Oversight of timeline, ensuring a seamless and smooth wedding day

Pinning boutonnieres, corsages & passing out bouquets prior to ceremony

Put out reserve signs, light candles & fill vases (if applicable)
