• A detailed day-of-wedding timeline created (3-4 weeks prior to your wedding) and sent to all vendors 2 weeks before your wedding day -  which includes following up and verifying details with all vendors

• Coordination of your wedding rehearsal (1+ hours)

• Compact timelines created for the bridal party and distributed at rehearsal

• Limitless email and text correspondence leading up to your wedding day

Your Wedding Day:

• Connecting with all vendors prior to your ceremony, ensuring proper placement and responsibilities are taken care of

• Pinning boutonnieres, corsages & passing out bouquets prior to ceremony

• Put out reserve signs, light candles & fill vases (if applicable)

• Coordination of ceremony processional
